Shipment within U.S.A. 

-All orders will ship via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) standard first class mail ( 1 - 5 days). Please select Priority Mail which takes about 1 - 3 days. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost upon request.

-We will ship order without insurance, but we can ship it with insurance upon your request. Additional charges will be charged to customer's credit card.

-We don't ship orders to P. O. Box.

-We will ship your order within 1 - 2 business days from the time your credit card is processed or charged. We will provide you with a tracking number by e-mail when the product has been shipped.

-We will ship custom-made order within 1 - 2 weeks. During holiday seasons, please allow delivery time 1 - 3 weeks. We will provide you with a tracking number by e-mail when the product has been shipped.

-If customer refuses shipment or fails to pick up or accept the shipment from USPS, customer agrees to pay the shipping charges incurred from re-sending shipment. Additional charges will be charged to customer's credit card.

-If customer received a damaged box or package, you are required to take a picture of that package so that we can process the claim with USPS if insurance has been purchased by customer.

-Shipment to Alaska and Hawaii will have a surcharge, we will send e-mail  to you for the exact cost of shipping.

-Purchase more than one item, we will combine the orders and offer discount shipping. We will send e-mail to you for the exact cost of shipping.

-Standard shipment to Canada, please allow at least 2 weeks to deliver the order, it takes longer time to clear commercial product at the Canada Border Services Agency. Also, we will not provide tracking number to customer unless customer pay additional charges. 

-International buyers are responsible for any and all customs or duties imposed by individual countries.
